Liturgy of the Word for Children Children Pre-K through 2nd grade are guided through Sunday readings, apart from the adult assembly, so that the Word of God can come alive for them at their level. Adults and youth (age 12 and over) are needed to serve as leaders and assistants during weekend Masses. Safe Environment Program requirements may apply.
